By accessing or using EasyCardScan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of Service

EasyCardScan provides a business card scanning and contact management service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EasyCardScan and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Refund and Dispute Policy

All subscription fees and purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise during the purchase process. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current billing period, but no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

If you believe you have been charged in error or have a dispute regarding a payment, you must contact us at info@easycardscan.com within 30 days of the charge. We encourage you to reach out to us to resolve any billing issues before initiating a formal chargeback or dispute with your financial institution or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EasyCardScan, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
